What should we prepare?
Nothing formal. Floor plans, a few photos of rooms you like and a rough budget all help. We’ll send a short questionnaire once the time is confirmed.
Can we change or cancel the time?
Yes. Let us know at least one business day before and we’ll find another time at no charge.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
It’s credited in full to your first stage if you go ahead. If you don’t, you keep the written summary and ideas: 90 minutes of a designer’s time, yours to use.
